For most of the countries, our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, for some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK and Canada, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.
We are excited to offer international shipping for most destinations of the world. The super savings option will take 7 to 30 business days and the faster delivery will take 2 to 5 business days with extra 3 to 5 business days of processing time for every order.

Get Maine Lobster is not responsible for packages that are delayed due to inclement weather, however, we do our best to track potential weather systems that could effect your order. Get Maine Lobster reserves the right to hold or release orders based upon the probability of your order arriving on-time and fresh.
Customers are held responsible to input their correct SHIPPING ADDRESS. This includes Name, Street, City, State and Zip Code. Once the shipment has been picked up by FedEX, there will be a $17 address change fee charged to update the corrected address once the order is in FedEx’ possession. We will not refund or reimburse those orders that were not delivered on time due to an incorrect address.
Note: we are not responsible for shipments that are stolen from residence after delivering.
